Railway Koduru is a Mandal in Kadapa district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Rajampet revenue division of Kadapa district.[1]

Railway Koduru is a town in YSR kadapa district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. As of 2011 census,it had a population of 34,260 .It has an extreme climate, While the monsoon season remains moderate, Kodur is very near to Tirupati. Tirupati is considered one of the holiest Hindu pilgrimage sites because of Tirumala Venkateswara Temple, besides other historical temples, and is referred to as the "Spiritual Capital of Andhra Pradesh". summer experiences temperatures ranging from 42 to 45 degrees Celsius (107.6 F to 113 F). In winter the minimum temperature is between 10 and 18 degrees Celsius (50 F to 64.4 F). Summer usually lasts from March to June, with the advent of the rainy season in July, followed by winter which lasts until the end of February.
