Railway lines in Pakistan
At the time of independence in 1947 Pakistan inherited 8,122 route kilometers (5,048 mi) railway lines. All lines are distributed in different sections. Below is list of railway lines in Pakistan.
- Karachi–Peshawar main railway line via Hyderabad, Rohri, Khanewal, Lahore and Rawalpindi
- Rohri-Chaman railway line via Quetta
- Khanewal-Wazirabad railway line via Faisalabad
- Shahdara Bagh-Chak Amru railway line via Narowal
- Shorkot-Lalamusa railway line via Jhang and Sargodha
- Hyderabad-Khokhrapar railway line via Mirpur Khas
- Kotri-Habib Kot railway line via Dadu and Larkana
- Jacobabad-Attock via Dera Gazi Khan and Mianwali
- Lodhran-Raiwind railway line via Pakpattan
- Jammu–Sialkot Line
