Monica Raluca Sârghe is a Romanian football midfielder currently playing in the Turkish Women's First League for the Turkish club Konak Belediyespor in Izmir since the 2012–13 season.^[1] She played before in the Romanian 1st League for Olimpia Cluj,^[2] with whom she has also played the Champions League, a competition she has also played with CFF Clujana. She is a member of the Romanian national team.^[3]
