Ramana Gogula (Telugu: రమణ కుమార్ గోగుల), popularly known as Ramana Gogula is an Indian singer, songwriter, musician, and composer. In 1996 he produced the studio album Mysty Rhythms along with a music video - Aye Laila which became a chart buster. He then ventured into Telugu cinema. His notable hits include Thammudu, Adavilo Anna, Premante Idera, Badri, and Yuvaraju. He composed the theme music for the 70th anniversary celebrations of his alma mater, Timpany School. He was also co-founder and former CEO of the company Liquid Krystal in Bangalore.[1]
Besides Telugu he has scored music for a Kannada movie, Yuvaraja, starring Shivrajkumar and a Tamil movie, Badri, which is a remake of Thammudu. Gogula is a software engineer by profession, and has worked for Sybase. He recently relocated to Hyderabad and has finished a new film called Boni.[2][3][4]
