Raphael Hostey
Raphael Hostey, also known as Abu Qaqa, (died May 2016) was a British Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant recruiter who died fighting for IS. Hostey was a graphic design student at Liverpool John Moores University when he left his wife and child to join IS in 2013.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
