Raphaël Mathieu
Raphaël Mathieu (born October 18, 1983) is an internationally elite curler from Chamonix, France.[1][2]
Career
Mathieu has participated in three World Championships (2007 Edmonton, 2008 Grand Forks, and 2009 Moncton). All three teams he has played as the Alternate for Team Dufour, their best performance was fifth in 2008. At the 2009 Aberdeen European Championships Team France also finished fifth and qualified for their fourth World Championships.
Based on the points they accumulated at their three world championship appearances from 2007 to 2009 Team France qualified a team to the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.
Outside of curling he works as an excavator driver.
