Rarbg (sometimes abbreviated RBG) is a website, founded in 2008, that provides torrent files and magnet links to facilitate peer-to-peer file sharing using the BitTorrent protocol.
Blocking and censorship
In December 2008 the site closed for one week due to legal pressure from BREIN.[2]
On April 2, 2014 the site was blocked in Saudi Arabia.[3]
On November 27, 2014 the site was blocked in the United Kingdom.[4]
On March 27, 2015 the site was blocked in Denmark.[5]
On October 26, 2015 the site was blocked in Portugal.[6]
