Ravindra Dattaram Waikar (Marathi: रवींद्र दत्ताराम वायकर) is a Shiv Sena politician from Maharashtra. He is member of the 13th Maharashtra Legislative Assembly representing Jogeshwari East Assembly Constituency. [1] He was appointed Maharashtra's minister of state for Housing, Higher & Technical Education in December, 2014[2] he was given the Housing, Higher & Technical Education portfolio. He was also given responsibility of being guardian minister of Ratnagiri district.[3]
