Raymond Lubitz
Raymond Lubitz (July 25, 1937 – July 1, 1984) was an Assistant and Associate Professor of Economics at Columbia University (from 1967 to 1973), and Chief of the World Payments and Economic Activity section of the Division of International Finance section of the Federal Reserve Board. In 1971, he co-authored the book International Economics with Peter Kenen.
