Real Love Stories (stylized as Real. Love. Stories.) is the tenth album of singer/actress/host Jaya Ramsey. It is a 14-track, all revival album produced and released by GMA Records on August 23, 2009, both in CD and digital format.[1][2]
This is also her second album under the said recording company. The first one was Cool Change which earned a gold record award for its outstanding sales.[3][4]
Overview
Just like its predecessor, Jaya's latest effort is a collection of cover songs composed of classic love ballads written and performed by some of the biggest names in the international recording scene.
In this 14-track album, Jaya renders her own versions of carefully selected songs that tell stories of life, love, and all its other intricacies. True enough, this album of remakes will move listeners to tears, to distant memories of a failed love, of reconciliations, or what not with her touching renditions of some of the most memorable love songs.
There's no concrete concept behind the album other than Jaya wanting to sing some of her personal favorite tunes. She cited two songs—"I Won't Last A Day Without You" and "All Of My Life"—as the closest to her heart owing largely to her blissful family life with husband Gary Gotidoc and children Sabriya and Dylan.
