The discography of the South Korean girl group Red Velvet consists of one studio album, two extended plays, and six singles. Red Velvet was formed by the Korean entertainment company S.M. Entertainment in 2014, and consists of five members. The group's first major release, the extended play Ice Cream Cake, was released in March 17, 2015. The album topped the Korean music charts on its release.[1]
