Reino Ragnar Lehto (May 2, 1898 in Turku – July 13, 1966 in Helsinki) served as the caretaker Prime Minister of Finland from December 18, 1963 to September 12, 1964.[1] He then served as governor of Uusimaa province from 1964 until his death on July 13, 1966.
