Remi Abiola (August 1953 - July 2009) was a Nigerian film actress and spouse of the late Moshood Abiola, a prominent Nigerian Business magnate and politician.[1] She died in New York on July 29, 2009 after losing a battle with cancer. She was survived by two children: Abimbola Umardeen and Olajumoke Adetoun.[2][3][4]
