The Reni Raion (Ukrainian: Ренійський район; Romanian: Raionul Reni) is in south-western Ukraine, in the historic Budjak region. Its administrative center is the city of Reni. The population of the district was 40,680 in 2001.

The raion is predominantly Moldavian and the Ukrainian language is rare.
