Resham Filili ( Nepali: रेशम फिलिली ) is nepali comedy movie directed by Pranab Joshi.The movie was on spotlight after the release of title song Jaalma in YouTube that became instant hit.[1][2] It features Vinay Shrestha, Karma, Kameshwor Chaurasiya and Menuka Pradhan in the lead roles.Resham Filili is produced by Madhav Wagle and written and directed by Pranab Joshi.
Resham Filili is produced under the banner of Actor Vinay Shrestha’s production company V Motion Pictures. This is the second venture of Vinay’s production company, VISA Girl being the first one.[3]

Soundtrack
The official music album of Resham filili was launched on January 15, 2015 in Gangtok, Sikkim.The release of the album was graced by Sikkim’s renowned Blogger (Proud To Be Sikkimese) Shri Shital Pradhan, CEO of ‘The White Horse production’ Shri Biren Lama and General Manager Miss Priyanka Lamam and Social Worker Shri Raghav Chettri.[4] The album consist of 4 tracks and a lyrical video of superhit song Jaalma.

Reception
Resham filili was released on April 24, 2015 Friday the day before Nepal earthquake struck.[6] The earthquake had huge impact on the earning and screening of the film. However,the film earned about 71 lakhs gross in just one day.[7]
The film was then re-released on August 28 (Bhadra 11) nationwide.[8]
