Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI) is an information and communications technology[1] company, with head offices in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. The company address is 40 King Street West, Suite 300, Oshawa, Ontario.

Resource Software International Ltd was founded in 1990 to develop, manufacture and distribute communication management applications for: call accounting, computer telephony integration, screen pops, desktop productivity, switch management, toll fraud, alert notification, wake up calls, hotel and motel billing, instant messaging, carrier comparisons, rebilling, facilities management, equipment billing, internet access contro and surf browser reporting. They also provide a number of outsourcing and managed services including invoice analysis, rebilling and remote web call accounting.

In August 2000, RSI acquired the assets of Revolution Software, a call accounting company previously located in Needham, MA.

In May 2007, RSI acquired MerAssistant, from PBXInfo LCC. MerAssistant is a switch management applicationfor moves, adds and changes (MACs) to telephony equipment.

In December 2007, RSI launched a new hosted call accounting service. In October 2008, RSI added a series of online website portals for tracking, managing and sending text and mobile messages.

In January 2009, RSI released another version of Shadow CMS.

In May 2012, RSI announced it would work on various vendor platforms including Avaya Select Partner Solutions,[2] Cisco Developer Network[3] and ShoreTel Innovations.[4]

RSI partners with many communication equipment providers including: Avaya (and legacy Nortel), Cisco, ShoreTel, Mitel, Adtran, Epygi, Alcatel[5]
