Riad Bajić (born 6 May 1994) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Turkish club Konyaspor and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.
Club career
Bajić is a product of Željezničar youth academy, one of the best in the country.[1]
He made his professional debut on 16 July 2013, against Viktoria Plzeň, in a Champions League qualification match.[2]
He finished 2014–15 season as the top scorer of Bosnian Premier League.[3]
After two seasons at Željezničar, Bajić was transferred to Turkish club Konyaspor on 8 August 2015, where he signed three-year deal, for a fee of around €500,000.[4]
He made his debut there on 15 August, against Akhisar, in a 1–1 draw,[5] and scored his first goal against Gaziantepspor on 17 October, two months later.[6]
International career
Bajić played for Bosnia and Herzegovina under-19 and Bosnia and Herzegovina under-21 national teams.
He was called up, along with Armin Hodžić, to train with Bosnia and Herzegovina national team for matches against Andorra,[7] but hasn't yet made his senior debut.
