Major General Richard Roderick Davis CB CBE (born 2 August 1962) is a British Army officer.[1][2]

Davis commissioned into the Corps of Royal Engineers in 1983. He served as Director-General, Army Recruiting and Training from 2010 until 2013, when he took up post as Director-General, Army Personnel until 2015.[2][3][4]

Davis was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 1996, Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in an Operational Honours and Awards notice for April 2004,[5] and Companion of the Order of the Bath (CB) in the 2015 New Year Honours.[6][7]
