Richard Colter
Richard Samuel Colter (August 10, 1878 – 1950) was a lawyer and politician in Ontario, Canada. He represented Haldimand—Norfolk in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1934 to 1937 as a Liberal.[1][2]
The son of Charles Wesley Colter and Annie Folinsbee, he was born in Cayuga and was educated there and at Osgoode Hall Law School. In 1903, he married Aletha Birdsall.[2]
