Richard Taittinger Gallery is a contemporary art gallery located in the Lower East Side, at 154 Ludlow Street, New York. Richard F. Taittinger founded the gallery after starting his own art advisory in 2010.[1] The gallery provides a platform for international artists to contextualize their work. The 5,000 square foot gallery features 20-foot ceilings and a large skylight designed by Markus Dochantschi of StudioMDA.[2]

History

In March 2015, Richard Taittinger Gallery opened on Ludlow Street with an inaugural group exhibition titled Sinthome featuring artworks by Haluk Akakçe, Ding Yi, Théo Mercier, Alexander Ponomarev, Recycle Group, and Wang Du (artist).[3][4] In Summer of 2015, the gallery announced the exclusive representation of the Estate of Nassos Daphnis.[5]
