Enrico "Rick" Giancola (born September 18, 1946) is an American football coach. He is the current head football coach at Montclair State University Montclair, New Jersey, a position he has held since 1983. He longest-tenured coach in history of the Montclair State Red Hawks football program and has the most wins of any coach in program history. Through the 2015 season he has compiled an overall record of 230–110–2 and has won 11 New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) championships.
