Riki Kitawaki (北脇 里規, born November 22, 1985 in Tokyo) is a Japanese-Venezuelan footballer. He was born to a Japanese father and a Venezuelan mother.
He played in 29 de Septiembre and then in Presidente Hayes.[1]
