Rimba Racer
Rimba Racer is a comedy action animated series released by Malaysian Glue Studios. It revolves around Tag , a rookie RGP racer and his mission to fail King , president of RGP in his evil plans.
Characters
- Tag, a tiger, is protagonist of the story who possesses a natural talent of racing. He drives the car 'The Ripper' which is a orange coloured formula-1.
- Miles,an owl is the partner and assistant of Tag also works as a mechanic or designer for Tag's car. He is always worried about something about Tag's father. He is also blackmailed by King on this issue.
- Axle, an eagle, often nicknamed as 'The Ace' for his unparallel racing skills, is a veteran and reigning RGP champion.
- Sonny, a bear, is a jovial racer. He is often coupled with Meika. He has helped Tag in his mission from the beginning.
- Tamira,a panther,who is features as Tag's girlfriend. At first, she is shown on the side of King but towards the ending, she sides with Tag and his friends in their mission.
- Wrecks,is a rhinoceros mainly featured in the evil side along with Axle, Tamira, Chrome,and King. He is often shown good at heart though he is under the command of Chrome.
- Chrome,is a crocodile how always sides with King in his evil deeds. He often messes with Tag and tries to overpower him. He is a very tough and strong character.
- Meika, is a fox, she's always helps Tag and friends whenever they're in troubles, despite this, Meika possess great skills in racing and very competitive to her opponents.
- King, the hippo is the president of RGP ( Rimba Grand Prix ). He has been involved in various evil works of his unknown boss. He is determined to defeat Tag and his, along with his evil team consisting of Axle, Tamira, Wrecks and Chrome.
- Mielo,the chameleon uses the most modern racing technologies among all racers. He has also sided with Tag throughout his journey.
He does all the mechanical and advanced work for the team.
- Ooaa,the monkey is shown to be a crazy racer but he wins the final race not aware of the fight between the rest of racers. He is introduced as a new racer along with Cuckoo and Tag.
- Cuckoo,the chicken is shown to be shy as well as competitive. He and Ooaa don't support any of the teams. Despite being a chicken his car has much power than those of other racers.
- Unknown Boss,is an unknown character featured as the mastermind of all the evil deeds of King and RGP. He is seen in the last episode shouting at King for his failure but he manages the secret information to remain unrevealed with the help of Meika.

Storyline/Plot
In season 1 It all starts with a race featuring Tag and his racing skills. Miles starts instructing him. Towards the end, Tag does an amazing trick and reaches the finish line first. He is then invited for racing at the RGP. He advices Miles to be with him for there RGP. Then Tag enters the RGP with Miles. They are then introduced as new racers along with two new racers for RGP ( Rimba Grand Prix ). Then Tag meets Sonny and Meika. While going to his room, he encounters Chrome and Wrecks who try to fight with Tag but Tamira enters suddenly and says them to back off. While preparing for the race Tag also meets Mielo who tells him about his popularity because of the previous fight. After preparing for race, Tag appears in his first RGP race. He comes 2nd following Axle who wins the race.
All the rest races go well for Tag who appears like a rising star. The last and final race involves the burglary of a device that holds the record of all the evil deeds of King by Tamira and Miles. They succeed in doing so. After the race they order King to keep RGP clean and not involved in any of his evil deeds in place of this device. But surprisingly Meika secretly deletes all the data in that device. The unknown boss removes King from his position. The unknown boss thanks Meika for her work.

It is confirmed on the official facebook page of Rimba Racer that English version of season 1 will be released on Youtube, after requests by fans.
