Rindheer is a remote village in district Gujrat, in Central Punjab, Pakistan. It is located at 32°31'0N 74°13'60E with an altitude of 220 metres (725 feet).[1] Its situated on bank of River Chenab . its full name is "Rindheer Khokharan", named after one of its resident "Rindheer"
Residents are mostly farmers and public service sector employees. A good numbers find employment in middle east and western Europe and send remitances for families back home.

Electricity and telephone are now provided to this remote village after ages of efforts by residents. Natural gas provision is under way and due to complete at some point in 2007. Natural Gas pipe lines already installed and provisioning is under way.

Girls and Boys Colleges stays far away in nearest 20 kilometers away Army garrison town Jalalpur Jattan, Students of Graduate classes has access to higher education at colleges and University of Gujrat in district town Gujrat. Village has its own primary and middle schools, secondary and college education is not very accessible to females.
