American rock band Rise Against has released seven studio albums, one compilation album, eight extended plays, fourteen singles, three promotional singles, two documentaries, and seventeen music videos.

Formed in 1999 under the original name Transistor Revolt,[1] the group release a self-titled extended play in 2000,[2] before signing to Fat Wreck Chords.[3] They released two albums with the label, The Unraveling (2001) and Revolutions Per Minute (2003), that latter of which produced the promotional single "Like the Angel". In 2004, the band signed to Geffen Records (formerly Dreamworks Records), and recorded Siren Song of the Counter Culture. The album marked the band's first appearance on the Billboard 200, and its three singles—"Give It All", "Swing Life Away" and "Life Less Frightening"—helped Rise Against gain mainstream success.[2]

In 2006, the group released The Sufferer & the Witness. The album debuted at number 10 on the Billboard 200,[4] and produced three singles: "Ready to Fall", "Prayer of the Refugee", and "The Good Left Undone". The same year, the Rise Against documentary Generation Lost was released. Since then, the band has released their 2008 studio album Appeal to Reason, which remains their most successful release to date, and a follow-up album, entitled Endgame, was released on March 15, 2011. Their seventh studio album, The Black Market, was released on July 15, 2014.
