Robert Edward Badham (June 9, 1929 October 21, 2005) was an American politician.[1] He was born in Los Angeles, California, graduated from Beverly Hills High School in 1947, and Stanford University in 1951.[1] He served in the California assembly from 1963 to 1976, as well as the United States House of Representatives from California's 40th congressional district from 1977 to 1989, which included the Newport Beach area.[1] He died in Newport Beach, California.[1] As a Korean War United States Navy officer, he was buried at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, California.[2]
