Robert J. Ritchie (railroad executive)

Robert J. Ritchie is the former president and CEO of the Canada railway company, Canadian Pacific Railway.[1]

In 1990 he succeeded William W. Stinson as president of Canadian Pacific Railway. and in 1995 succeeded I. Barry Scott as its CEO also.

In 2004 he was awarded the Railroader of the Year by Railway Age.

He stood down as president an CEO of the company in May 2006 and was replaced by Fred Green (2006 - 2012).
