Robertas Giedraitis is a Lithuania basketball player and coach, currently he is the Head coach of Juventus basketball team. Robertas Giedraitis played his whole career in Šiauliai basketball team. He is currently the most games played, most steals and the most assists made player in Lithuanian Basketball League history. Before 2005 season start, Robertas Giedraitis retired as a basketball player and became assistant coach of Aloyzas Rudys in Šiauliai basketball team. After 2006-2007 season, Šiauliai club administration decided not to extend contract with Aloyzas Rudys, because of that Robertas Giedraitis became Head coach of Šiauliai. On 8 July 2010, Robertas Giedraitis became head coach of Juventus basketball team.[1] On 25 July 2011, Robertas Giedraitis renewed contract with Juventus basketball team for another year.[2] He left Juventus in the summer of 2012. In 2013, he briefly served as the head coach of Lietkabelis.
Personal life
Giedraits' son Rokas is a professional basketball player.
