Roberto Yong
Roberto Yong, aka "The Young One", aka "Exile", is an American streetball player from Sacramento, California. He is a member of the heralded streetball crew "YPA" and was prominently featured on the AND1 Mixtape Tour shows on ESPN where he developed a friendship/rivalry with soon-to-be AND1 member Grayson Boucher aka "The Professor". He did not participate in 2003 due to an anke injury.[1]
Yong developed an acrimonious relationship with some of the AND1 team members,[2] who felt Yong disrespected them in a magazine article, though Yong repudiated this on the show. Yong is known for his skilled ballhandling and high vertical leap. He is currently a member of the "trick hoopz and ally-oops" traveling team known as the Harlem Wizards.
Roberto Yong is currently a resident of Brockport, NY.
