Roger D. McKellips (born January 26, 1923) was an American politician in the state of South Dakota. He was a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives.[1] He was Minority Leader of the Senate from 1983 to 1992, and Majority Leader from 1993 to 1994. He is a retired banker.[2]
