The Roman Catholic Diocese of Carolina (Latin: Dioecesis Carolinensis in Brasilia) is a diocese located in the city of Carolina, Maranhão, in the Ecclesiastical province of São Luís do Maranhão in Brazil.

- 14 January 1958: Established as Territorial Prelature of Carolina from the Diocese of Rio Preto
