The Roman Catholic Diocese of Girardota (Latin: Girardotanensis) is a diocese located in the city of Girardota in the Ecclesiastical province of Medellín in Colombia.

- 18 June 1988: Established as Diocese of Girardota from Metropolitan Archdiocese of Medellín
