The Territorial Prelature of Itacoatiara (Latin: Praelatura Territorialis Itacoatiarensis) is a Roman Catholic territorial prelature located in the city of Itacoatiara, Amazonas, in the Ecclesiastical province of Manaus in Brazil.

- On July 13, 1963, the Territorial Prelature of Itacoatiara was established from the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Manaus
