Romania chose their entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 during Selecţia Naţională Eurovision 2007, which consists of two semi-finals on 27 January and 3 February and a final on 10 February 2007. After many scandals and disqualifications, Todomondo will represent Romania with the song "Liubi, Liubi I Love You". The name of the group was originally 'Locomondo', however another band was already using that name which prompted a name change. The song chosen is multi-lingual, having verses in English, Italian, Spanish, Russian, French, and Romanian. The group, Todomondo, consists of six members: Andrei, Ciro de Luca, Kamara, Mister M, Valeriu, and Vlad Creţu.

Romania participated in the final of Eurovision on 12 May 2007 in Helsinki, finishing in thirteenth position. Prior to the contest, the group has had promotion in Cyprus.
