Ronald T. "Ronnie" Murphy (born July 29, 1964) is a retired American basketball player who was selected by the Portland Trail Blazers in the first round (17th overall) of the 1987 NBA Draft. A 6'5" and 225 lb small forward born in Dover, Delaware, Murphy played in only one NBA season with the Blazers, appearing in 18 games and averaging 2.0 points and 0.6 rebounds per game. He played collegiately at Jacksonville University.
