Library

The central library of RCE is stocked with books written by authors on various subject. In addition to the course books general books for personality development, general knowledge handbooks, yearbooks, reference books etc. are also added to the collections.RCE has a well stocked modern library .The library is kept open for 12 hours on working days. The 24×7 wi-fi enabled library, is the knowledge hub of all academic activities. Library on a regular basis is upgraded with the latest journals and books in related fields of engineering, Technology & Management.[3]

Awards

Roorkee College of Engineering has been awarded during the Christian Medical Association of India (CMAI) National Uttarakhand Education Award 2013 function[4][5] held on 11-02-2013 at Dehradun under the category of "Best Upcoming Engineering College" in entire Uttarakhand State. This award was presented by Vijay Bahuguna (Chief Minister of Uttarakhand) and Prof. D.S. Chauhan (Vice Chancellor of UTU Dehradun).[6]
