Rosalia Samoilovna, nicknamed Zemlyachka (Russian: Землячка, Розалия Самойловна) (20 March 1876 21 January 1947) was a Russian revolutionary of Jewish origin (née Zalkind), Soviet politician and statesman. She is best known for her involvement in the organization of the First Russian revolution, and along with Bela Kun, as one of the organizers of the Red Terror in the Crimea in 1920-1921, against former soldiers of the White Army.
