Rosemary Anne DiCarlo is an American diplomat who served as acting United States Ambassador to the United Nations[1] following the resignation of Susan Rice to become the National Security Advisor. DiCarlo is a career member of the foreign service and has held overseas assignments in US Embassies in Moscow and Oslo.
In July 2013, DiCarlo was the President of the UN Security Council.
