Rosine Sori-Coulibaly
Rosine Sori-Coulibaly (born 1958) is an economist and politician from Burkina Faso. In the running to become the country's Prime Minister in early January 2016, she was named the Minister of Economy, Finance and Development on 13 January 2016.[1] She is the first female head of government in Burkina Faso.[2] Sori-Coulibaly has a master’s degree from the Cheikh Anta Diop University and a postgraduate degree from the United Nations Institute for Economic Development and Planning. She has held positions in the Ministry of Economic Planning and Development and in the Social and Economic Council and has lectured at the National School of Administration.[3]
