Ruperto Cruz Santos, D.D. (born October 30 1957), is a bishop of the Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines. He is the current Bishop of Balanga.
Biography
Bishop Ruperto Santos is the Suffragan Bishop of Balanga having assumed the post since his appointment by Pope Benedict XVI in April 1, 2010. Prior to his appointment as Bishop, he served as a Priest of Manila, Philippines. He was ordained priest on September 10, 1983 and bishop on June 24, 2010 by Cardinal Gaudencio Borbon Rosales, the then Archbishop of Manila[1]
