The rusty-bellied fantail or rusty-flanked fantail (Rhipidura teysmanni) is a species of bird in the Rhipiduridae family. It is endemic to Sulawesi in Indonesia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
