Ruta Šaca-Marjaša
Ruta Šaca-Marjaša[1] (Ruta Marjaša, (Russian: Рута Максовна Шац-Марьяш, Рута Марьяш, Ruta Maksovna Shats-Mariash, Ruta Mariash, born February 4, 1927) is a Jewish Latvian[2] lawyer, writer, poet, and politician, a former Deputy of the Latvian Parliament of 5th (1995) and 6th (1998) convocations.[3] She lives in Riga.[3]
Awarded the Order of the Three Stars of IV (1995) and III (2000) degrees.[4]
