Ruth-Anne Cunningham
Ruth-Anne Cunningham is an Irish songwriter best known for her co-writing credit on "Too Little Too Late" by the American singer Jojo.
Career
Ruth-Anne Cunningham (born in 1988) from Donaghmede, Ireland,[1] is songwriter and producer signed to Sony ATV as of May 2010.[2] She entered a karaoke competition at the age of seven that brought an interest in performing. Cunningham enroled in the Billy Barry Stage School at the age of 12 and formed a girlband when she was 16.[1]
At 17 years old she was brought, by her then-manager Eamonn Maguire, to the US where she co-wrote JoJo's hit single "Too Little Too Late" with Billy Steinberg and Josh Alexander. It went from number 66 to number 3 on the Billboard hot 100 chart in just one week in America. She was awarded with the very prestigious ASCAP Songwriters Best Pop Award at the 24th Annual ASCAP Pop Awards 2007 for "Too Little Too Late"[3]
