S. Q. R. Ilyas
Dr S. Q. R. Ilyas in Hyderabad
Syed Qasim Rasool Ilyas is the President of the political party Welfare Party of India.[1] He is also the member of the topmost decision-making and leadership organ of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, the Markazi Majlis e Shura (Central Advisory Council). He is also the editor of Urdu monthly Afkar-e-Milli, published from New Delhi.[2]
