SS Australasian (1884)

SS Australasian
The sail and steamship Australasian, was built in 1884 by Rovert Napier & Co of Govan, Glasgow for George Thompson & Son (Aberdeen Line).[1] She weighed 4,000 long tons (4,100 t).[2] In 1906 the Ottoman Government bought her and renamed her Scham. In 1918 she was reduced to a hulk. She was scrapped at Savona in Italy in 1955.[1]
