SS Valdivia was a steam ship of the Hamburg American Line which was used by Carl Chun for the "Valdivia" Expedition, 1898-9.
Originally named the Tijuca, she was built in 1886.[1]
She was broken up at La Seyne-sur-Mer in 1927.
