Saint-Germain-sous-Cailly is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Haute-Normandie region in north-western France.
Geography
A small farming village situated by the banks of the Cailly River in the Pays de Bray, some 14 miles (23 km) northeast of Rouen on the D44 road.
