Sam Jinks
Sam Jinks is an Australian sculptor who creates lifelike but fragile figures using silicone, resin, calcium carbonate, fibreglass and hair. Jinks' intensely personal works draw viewers in through their vulnerability, at various life stages, mirroring weaknesses in themselves.[1][2][3] Jinks' works are deeply committed to the human form which he has described as “a physics lesson in a ball of bones and meat”.[4] Jink's work has been exhibited in Australia and internationally and has received notable acclaim.[5][6][7][8][9]
