Sami El-Sheshini (Arabic: سامي الشيشيني; born 23 January 1972) is a retired Egyptian international football player.

El-Sheshini spent most of his career playing for Egyptian Premier League side Zamalek SC. He played for the Zamalek side that won the 2000 African Cup Winners' Cup.[1]

El-Sheshini made several appearances for the Egypt national football team, including three appearances at the 1998 African Cup of Nations finals.[2] He also played for Egypt at the 1991 FIFA World Youth Championship in Portugal[3] and the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.[4]
