Sampoornesh Babu is an Indian film actor who works predominantly in Telugu cinema.
He made his acting debut through the 2014 Telugu film Hrudaya Kaleyam,[1] which has earned him "CineMAA Award for Best Actor in Comic Role".[2] S. S. Rajamouli's tweet of Hrudaya Kaleyam in Twitter(Rajamouli) drew attention of audience towards the film. It was followed by a one-minute trailer shot, which was uploaded on YouTube last May that attracted a whopping 10 lakh hits[3] in a very short span of 3 days.[4] He thus made his impression in Telugu film industry. Sampoonesh babu croon a song for the first time to his second movie as hero titled kobbari Matta.[5] Sampoornesh babu had a brief role in Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum.[6]
Early life
Sampoornesh Babu was born and brought up in Siddipet, Telangana. From childhood he had a strong desire to become a film actor in Tollywood.
Philanthrophy
Sampoornesh Babu extended his support for the victims of Cyclone Hudhud by donating 100,000 Rupees to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.[7] He also took part in Memu Saitham, a fundraising event undertaken by Tollywood for the cyclone victims.[8][9]
During Chennai floods, Sampoornesh Babu was the first Telugu actor to donate Rs 50,000 for relief fund.[10]
